Pine Lake is the smallest city in DeKalb County, Georgia, United States. The population was 730 at the 2010 census.[4]
Pine Lake was established as a city in December 1937, after a short life as a summer retreat run by the Pine Woods Corporation. The corporation sold lots around a small fishing lake to Atlantans who lived in (then) faraway areas like Buckhead for use as a weekend retreat. The 20' x 100' lots sold for $69, and the advertisement for lots directed people "from Decatur down the [unpaved] Rockbridge Road East." Many homeowners continued to use their property as a weekend getaway long after the city incorporated. Prior to development, Pine Lake was a portion of a farm. The lake was formerly a widened region of Snapfinger Creek, and the valley that encompasses much of the town was where corn was grown. The lake was dammed by the Army Corp of Engineers as erosion and flood control, prior to the official FDR lake projects.

Dumpster fees are very different from region to region and town to town. Naturally the more substantial the dumpster, the more it will cost. Dumpsters come in a few general scales, 10, 20, 30 and 40 yards. These are assessed in cubic yards of waste. Weight is the key factor when determining how much a Pine Lake Dumpster Rental will cost.
Almost all dumpster rental enterprises demand a flat price for the dumpster. Individuals are ordinarily allowed 4 tons that is included with that price. When weighed at the garbage dump or transfer station, if the dumpster weight is more than 4 tons, you will definitely be asked a per ton cost for the overflow. This per ton price hinges on the cost to dump at the area landfill.
Closeness to the closest garbage dump or local dumping transfer site will also influence the cost of your dumpster rental. The span from the regional Pine Lake facility is also a contributing detail. If you reside extremely far from the nearby land fill or transfer terminal, the dumpster should ordinarily be priced at more. Pine Lake Dumpster Rental Man conducts every little thing in our ability to help keep dumpster rental fees lowered. We contract with local haulers that are actually close to the landfill and can as a result keep prices affordable.
